Wintersaat im Gewächshaus

Nachdem ich am Samstag die letzten Tomaten geerntet hatte, arbeitete ich etwas Kompost in die Erde ein und wässerte gut. Heute habe ich nun die Wintersaat ausgebracht: Spinat, Nüsslisalat, Radieschen, Kresse und Pflücksalat. Schon eine patente Sache, so ein Gewächshaus!

Ein Teil der noch grünen Tomaten wird auf dem Fensterbrett nachreifen, den grösseren Teil werde ich allerdings zu Green Ketchup verarbeiten - darauf stehen meine Verwandtschaft und mein Freundeskreis. Das gibt feine Weihnachtsgeschenke!
